Another fortnight, another one take demo: this time, a revolution song. It’s not even ironic or anything. ‘Hippies With Fists’ has been in my repertoire for a very long time now, but until this summer I had never gotten round to recording a demo. To be honest, for a long time I left it out [...] Legend of the Toadrider is set in a post-post-apocalyptic rural England, and follows the fortunes of Puck, a rebelious healer in a sick world. It is a world plagued by The Weeping, a terrible blight that robs people of their very humanity, leaving only hunger and regret.
